		<description>Thank you so much for this. After having read it I just wrote an extensive introductory pamphlet for our regular ritual so that all newcomers know exactly what to expect and can ask questions well in advance.</description>

		<description>Outstanding!  I found another quick grounding technique.  It has its own perils, due to potential allergies, but fortunately I&#039;ve never encountered anyone who&#039;s had one when I used it.  Generally I ask the person who needs to be grounded if zie is allergic to black pepper.  If not, I hand over either an individual paper packet (easy to take out to a remote ritual site) or a pepper shaker if indoors, and have the person take a careful sniff.  It&#039;s remarkably effective!</description>
